What if I measure wrong?

Before measuring we recommend you read our ‘how to measure’ page to eradicating any doubts you have. Alternatively give us a call on 01204 655000 or speak to one of our customer services advisors on live chat and we will be happy to talk you through it. Please note, Bolton Blinds do not take responsibility for any mis-measures.

How can I have my order delivered to work?

Remove the tick from the “deliver to billing address” option and enter your chosen address.

What if I am not at home when my blind is delivered?

If for any reason you miss your delivery, our delivery company will leave their calling card and information on how to arrange redelivery at a convenient time for you, for no extra cost.

How long will my order take?

Standard delivery is approximately seven days.

Why have I only received one part of my vertical blinds?

As our vertical blinds are sent out as two items, our courier will normally split these items up and put them on different delivery vehicles. If you have only received one item, don’t panic – give us a call to find out more information.

Booking a contractor fitter

If you are having your blinds fitted by a contractor then we strongly recommend that you are in receipt of your products and have checked them prior to confirming installation dates. We will not accept responsibility for delivery dates as this is our delivery company role and you should be able to track your blinds as soon and they have been made and are ready for dispatch.
